This policy explains how CalmTide Studio handles information when you visit calmtide.online, browse course resources, use Fallows, use the cart demonstration, or contact the studio.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use that information to respond to your request and maintain a helpful correspondence record.
3. Browser storage
Fallows stores selected product IDs in localStorage under calmTideFavorites. The cart stores product IDs and quantities under calmTideCart. Theme preference and cookie consent are also stored locally. These values remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data.
4. Cookies and similar tools
The site uses a small consent preference to remember whether you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use that notice to claim that optional marketing cookies are active.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information sent through a contact service may be processed by the hosting or email providers required to deliver the message. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, legal, or business record purposes.
6. Your choices
You may clear local browser storage, decline optional contact, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent. Requests can be made through our contact page.
